What kind of product?
⦁ A kit: first I decided to make 2 prototypes a large and a small kit. Finally I found that the larger kit was more interesting to market because it takes the same time to manufacture as the smaller one, but it can contain more things.
Why?
Because it is a fast product in its making and with cheap or even recycled materials. In addition to being a cheap product, a kit always serves everyone, so it’s something that is used a lot and that can’t be replaced. Who has no kits at home, it is a really useful product for storage, we can really find different kits. Ex: toiletry kit, makeup kit, school kit, etc.
The study of the market
Launching a new product is never easy for a student. The difficulties they face are diverse in nature, and often they lack initiative, so that customers lose interest in the product. Selling a new product is a huge task. So we have to do a market study. So after visiting many of the online sites of the various artisanal creators, I could see that the prices of an artisanal kit vary between 5€ and 30€.
Examples of sites: Etsy, Artisans of the World, Homemade, etc.
This kit is addressed to everyone no matter the age, it can be for both small and large. It can also be used for different function.
I think about marketing my kit through social networks, but also in small markets and flea markets and also by talking to my entourage.

The state of self entrepreneur
The definition of the self-employment scheme is simple: a scheme for self employed persons simplifying administrative management by means of a single contribution proportional to turnover.
The auto entrepreneur program has been in place since January 1, 2009. It has also been known as a micro entrepreneur since 2016. It applies to natural persons who already create or own a sole proprietorship to carry out a commercial, craft or liberal activity.
This undertaking fulfils special conditions:
Open to all
Be over 18 years of age
Be resident in France
Do not work
When you are a Self Entrepreneur you do not pay social and tax contributions, in addition you can benefit from the TVA deductible and ACCRE.
There are three categories:
Commercial Purchase/Sale of Goods
Artisanal Creation/Manufacture
Liberal Professional Independent.
Certain business lines are excluded:
For example: healthcare professionals, rental of buildings, trade in new vehicles in the EU, etc.
Some professions are regulated:
Occupations that require undiplôme and/or an installation preparation course (SPI).
This undertaking fulfils special conditions:
no VAT
Quarterly or monthly declaration, in case of delay 50€ fine
Online declaration
You will be taxed in the category of industrial and commercial profits BIC
ISS social security of self employed
Simplified creation formalities on the Internet (lautoentrepreneur.fr)
Obligation to register with the Trade Register (for traders) and the Trade Register (for craftsmen). The professions are not concerned.
